Subscription billing. Edgeville Labs Client is sold as a monthly digital subscription. It is currently $10.00 USD per month.
Cancellations. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access normally remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period.
Refund requests. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact support@edgevillelabs.net within 7 days if payment completed but staff cannot restore launcher, Discord, or auth access.
Disputes. Contact support before opening a payment dispute so staff can review checkout email, Discord status, auth state, and launcher logs.
